This is a single dorm room for all your collage folks. It comes with loads of extras to construct your own creation. Use it as just a single unit, or stack them up or side by side. Different versions for stacking with left and right stairways. Use your imagination. Doors are seperate .obj to open and close. Bath mirror is seperate .obj to use reflection shaders on. Curtains are seperate .obj to open and close as is the shower curtain. There is a full unit for quick loading also. Upper and lower full units too. There is no furniture included.
