Horry County Connects Esri ArcGIS to Content at Plenary Session of Esri International User Conference

CLEVELAND, July 8, 2013 — (PRNewswire) — Esri users from across the world are gathering in San Diego, Calif., to attend the Esri International User Conference and learn about innovative new ways to utilize GIS technology. One of the industry's innovative leaders, Tim Oliver, assistant chief information officer at Horry County, S.C., was selected to present during the plenary session and will share how users can integrate Esri ArcGIS and OnBase, Hyland Software's enterprise content management (ECM) solution, to provide faster and more efficient service.

Staff members and constituents of Horry County use Esri ArcGIS to instantly obtain information through the internet-based map interface. Using Mobile GIS and HTML5, actionable intelligence can be provided to management and field staff, helping them make decisions, regardless of their location, based on accurate information.
