BROOKLYN, N.Y. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — November 11, 2014MakerBot in partnership with Alipay is excited to announce that online consumers in China will now be able to purchase MakerBot® Replicator® 3D Printers, MakerBot Filament and the MakerBot Digitizer™ Desktop 3D Scanner using Alipay ePass payment option. The Alipay integration comes on the heels of MakerBot expanding its presence in China with its Chinese resellers, uCRobotics, Bitmap3d and Elite Robotics. MakerBot believes that with the addition of Alipay ePass even more consumers in China will be interested in purchasing MakerBot 3D printing and scanning products.
