Redding Electric Utility Signs ELA with TC Technology

Carlsbad, CA - March 31, 2015 – TC Technology announces Redding Electric Utility (REU) recently upgraded to an Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) of MIMS.

REU has been providing safe, reliable energy to the Redding community since 1921. Redding, the “Second Sunniest City in the U.S.” is nestled in Northern California amid boundless recreation and magnificent landscapes.   REU is locally-owned by its community and locally-controlled by the Redding City Council.  Local control and essential relationships with other electric utility organizations have enabled REU to provide some of the lowest, most competitive rates to more than 43,000 residential and business customers within the City of Redding. .

REU’s ELA provides unlimited access to MIMS. MIMS, which stands for mobile information management system, targets return on investment by automating paper processes, streamlining tasks, and presenting helpful mapping to utility field workers.
