TAIPEI, Taiwan — (BUSINESS WIRE) — April 14, 2016COMPUTEX, the leading global ICT show with a complete supply chain, today provided a sneak peek into the gaming exhibitors, products and activities that will be part of COMPUTEX this year. In today’s press conference, gaming giants and COMPUTEX exhibitors Cooler Master, GIGABYTE, MSI, NVIDIA, and Thermaltake presented their insights on trends in gaming and eSports, and their latest gaming products including virtual reality (VR) devices. HWBOT, the world’s leading platform for competitive overclocking, held a warmup overclocking (OC) tournament as a preview of the HWBOT World Tour 2016 contest that will be the first official overclocking event at COMPUTEX.

More than 30 gaming brands will showcase their latest gaming products including PCs, tablets, memory devices, graphics processing units (GPUs), motherboards, keyboards, mice, consoles, headsets, computer cases, cooling fans and more at COMPUTEX this year.

“The gaming and eSports ecosystem at COMPUTEX will provide the most comprehensive global platform for gaming brands, gamers, and overclockers to build relationships, and view and test the latest gaming product innovations,” said TAITRA Executive Vice President Walter Yeh. “We are excited to capture at COMPUTEX the pulse of a dynamic and engaging industry whose market value has surpassed that of films and music combined.”
