M&MT the New Business Event Dedicated to Motion and Mechatronics from October 4th To 6th 2017 at Fieramilano Rho

Sep 1, 2016 -- The new business event dedicated to motion, mechatronics, automation and embedded and control automation, M &MT, was officially presented this morning to the press. Scheduled from October 4th to 6th, 2017, the event will be held at the modern and functional fieramilano in Rho.

Organized by HANNOVER FAIRS INTERNATIONAL, EFIM-ENTE FIERE ITALIANE MACCHINE and FIERAMILANO, M&MT is much more than just an exhibition. It is the first ever co-exhibition to take place. A shared exhibition where the players are not only the technological products shown, but also the exhibitors, who can from the moment of their first meetings dedicate themselves to the development of new projects and partnerships.

Crossing all manufacturing sectors, M&MT launches with an inedited layout inspired by a typical Italian square, with a large space for conviviality and meetings for exhibitors and visitors, and a streamlined and uniform arrangement of the exhibition stands located around it.

The stand sizes are in fact standard and a choice of five "sizes" (S, M, L, XL, XXL) is available according to the exhibitor's needs. The solutions are all-inclusive and offer services for exhibitors and visitors: from entrance cards to reserved parking, from access to the open bar and restaurant, to free participation at the conferences, to the use of a match-making platform for arranging appointments before the event begins.

The key players at M&MT will be manufacturers and distributors of systems, devices and equipment related to the sectors: installation, handling and movement; electronic production automation; industrial robots; process and production control; fieldbus and communications systems; plant design, components and accessories; hydraulics and pneumatics; mechanical drives, electrical drives and industrial automation; automation and production software; industrial information technology; ICT; product lifecycle management software and hardware; vision systems; sensors, detectors, transducers; measurement and control; testing and measurement instruments; services; maintenance; technical subcontracting.

The visitors, in addition to operators from all major manufacturing sectors, will also include freelance professionals and experts interested in exploring themes related to the technology that will characterize the factories of the future, as illustrated also in the application islands and in-depth during the many workshops planned in conjunction with the event.

In this sense, M&MT will be a three-day (Wednesday to Friday) full immersion in the world of applied industrial high tech. An opportunity to talk and reason about manufacturing development scenarios that are increasingly oriented towards the acquiring of intelligence systems capable of making factories and their employees efficient and secure.

Alfredo Mariotti, General Manager of UCIMU, event promoter, stated : "I am certain that the experience and strengths of the three players, Hannover Fairs International, Fiera Milano and Efim, all leaders in their fields, will give great impulse to the M&MT project from its outset."

Andreas Züge, General Manager of HANNOVER FAIRS INTERNATIONAL GMBH, the Italian branch of Deutsche Messe AG and General Coordinator of the event, stated: “the M&MT team, a perfect synthesis of diffuse skills among the three project partner organizations, is already working to present this business-event to the public that will attend in the Autumn of 2017 at fieramilano Rho, absolutely one of the world's best locations for those organizing B2B events."
