AgigA Tech to Showcase NVDIMM Technology at 2018 Flash Memory Summit

The company invites attendees interested in learning how NVDIMMs can boost their application performance to visit with AgigA team members at the following activities planned during the show:

  • Multi-vendor NVDIMM-N Demo: At the SNIA/SSSI booth #820 in the Exhibit Hall, AgigA will participate in a multi-vendor demo showcasing JEDEC-compliant NVDIMM-N solutions highlighting the interoperability of the technology through the efforts of the Persistent Memory and NVDIMM Special Interest Group (SIG) under SNIA/SSSI. AgigA’s demo hardware will consist of 16GB NVDIMM-N modules running at DDR4-2666 speed with the Amber4X PowerGEM® module, which can support up to 4x NVDIMMs.
  • Chat with the Experts: Jeff Chang, AgigA’s vice president of sales, marketing and business development and co-chair of the NVDIMM SIG, will be a table leader for the NVDIMM topic at the “FMS Chat with the Experts” on Tuesday, August 7 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Free beer and pizza will be provided, so participants are encouraged to show up early.
  • Persistent Memory Track: Mr. Chang will also be moderating a panel discussion on Wednesday, August 8 from 9:45 to 10:50 a.m. Pacific Time. Session PMEM-201-1: Persistent Memory Part 3 - Software and Applications will focus on the impact that persistent memory will have on the software ecosystem and the resulting performance benefits for the applications that use them. Participants in the panel include representatives from Oracle, VMWare, DreamWorks and Aerospike.
