All Traffic Data, a Seaport Capital Portfolio Company, Acquires Key Data Network

WHEAT RIDGE, Colo. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — January 16, 2020All Traffic Data Services, LLC (“ATD”), a traffic data collection and analysis firm, announced today that it has acquired Key Data Network, Inc. (“KDN”). KDN is an Oregon-based provider of traffic data collection and analysis services for civil engineering firms and government transportation authorities in Oregon, Washington, and Texas.

Effective immediately, Conley Bergh, founder of KDN, will assume the role of Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest at ATD, where he will be responsible for overseeing operations in Washington, Oregon, and Northern California.
