EUSI - Maxar : Satellite imagery (20 October) of humanitarian aid trucks at Rafah border crossing, Gaza

European Space Imaging (EUSI) partner, Maxar collected new satellite imagery Friday (20 October) of the Rafah border crossing between Gaza and Egypt that reveals at least 90 cargo trucks waiting to enter Gaza, reportedly carrying humanitarian aid and supplies. On today’s imagery (collected at 11:57 AM local time), road repairs have been made on the Gaza side of the border where several large bomb craters had previously been seen on 15 October. Nearby, a convoy of cargo trucks can be seen along the road and waiting on the Egyptian side of the border while a second set of trucks were also seen near Sheikh Zuweid, Egypt—approximately 12 kilometers to the southwest. Please let me know if you have any questions about the material.
