Axium Expands Management Team For Future Growth

September 24, 2007 – Beaverton, Oregon – Axium ( www.axiumae.com). Axium a leading provider of accounting and project management software for architectural and engineering firms announced the reorganization of their Client Services into two functional areas; Professional Services, managed by Pat Chase and Support Services headed by Tony Williams. Creating the two areas of Client Services will prepare for future growth and allow Axium to continue its focus on providing exceptional client service.

Pat Chase was appointed Professional Services Manager to develop and advance the implementation, training and consultation processes for Axium’s Protrax, Ajera and PORTFOLIO products. Pat Chase has been with Axium for 11 years, and has been the Client Services Manager for the last three years. With the division of Client Services into two functional areas it gives her the opportunity to take on this new challenge of building a team who is completely focused on exceeding client expectations and successfully implementing clients in an efficient manner.

“Axium wants to ensure we have a Professional Services team that helps our clients achieve not only their goals in business, but also their goals in using our products,” said Pat Chase, Professional Services Manager. “We want to help our clients from implementation through continued consulting services so their software is integrated throughout all areas of the firm where it will provide the most benefits for their investment.”

Tony Williams comes to Axium with over eight years of customer service and call center management experience. His experience ranges from managing small teams of 10-20 people to large support groups of more than 200 agents. This wide range of experience will greatly benefit Axium’s ability to prepare for future growth while maintaining the same level of excellence in client support.
