Tanner EDA and EDA Solutions to Demonstrate Analog/ Mixed-signal Design Suite at European Microwave Week, Oct. 11-13

MONROVIA, California – October 5 , 2011 --  EDA Solutions, European representative for Tanner EDA, is exhibiting Tanner EDA’s full-flow analog/ mixed-signal design suite, HiPer Silicon, at the European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference (EuMIC) during European Microwave Week 2011 in Manchester, UK.

What: Demonstrating Tanner EDA’s HiPer Silicon full-flow design suite, which gives designers a complete analog design flow from schematic capture, circuit simulation, and waveform probing to physical layout and verification, ideal for analog, mixed-signal, RF and MEMS IC design. This integrated tools suite shares a common architecture and common user interface that is consistent across all tools, resulting in a comprehensive, unified software solution that maximizes design productivity while simultaneously reducing total cost of ownership. HiPer Silicon’s advanced features and optional add-in tools improve designer productivity, including Verilog-A simulation, device layout automation, interactive autorouting, foundry-compatible physical verification and parasitic extraction. For more detail about the HiPer Silicon tools portfolio, see http://tannereda.com/products/hiper-silicon

When:  Exhibiting at EuMIC on October 11th, 12th and 13th during Microwave Week, October 9th to 14th, 2011.

Where:  European Microwave Week consists of three conferences: The European Microwave Conference (EuMC), The European Microwave Integrated Circuits Conference (EuMIC), and The European Radar Conference (EuRAD). In 2011, European Microwave Week will be held at Manchester Central, Manchester, UK. Tanner EDA will be exhibiting in Booth # 337.

About Tanner EDA

Tanner EDA provides a complete line of software solutions that drive innovation for the design, layout and verification of analog and mixed-signal (A/MS) integrated circuits (ICs) and MEMS. Customers are creating breakthrough applications in areas such as power management, displays and imaging, automotive, consumer electronics, life sciences, and RF devices. A low learning curve, high interoperability, and a powerful user interface improve design team productivity and enable a low total cost of ownership (TCO). Capability and performance are matched by low support requirements and high support capability as well as an ecosystem of partners that bring advanced capabilities to A/MS designs.

Founded in 1988, Tanner EDA solutions deliver just the right mixture of features, functionality and usability. The company has shipped over 33,000 licenses of its software to more than 5,000 customers in 67 countries.
