Cadence Aerospace is pleased to announce that Ron Case will join Cadence Aerospace as Chief Executive Officer, effective December 8, 2014. Ron brings significant aerospace structures machining and assembly experience to Cadence, most recently working with Synchronous Aerospace as their CEO.

Ron brings significant aerospace structures machining and assembly experience to Cadence, most recently working with Synchronous Aerospace as their CEO. Mr. Case joined Synchronous Aerospace Group in November 2009 after serving 11 years with Senior Aerospace, the last seven as CEO of their Aerospace Structures Group. His Synchronous tenure resulted in strong sales growth and the doubling of EBITDA over a 3-year period. Through a series of significant operational improvements, the integration of two acquisitions, major improvements in working capital management, successful development, and execution of strategic plan, Synchronous sales rose 45% and EBITDA increased 250% under Ron's leadership. Ron left Synchronous shortly after the sale of the business to Precision Castparts in December 2012. Mr. Case's 32-year career in the Aerospace Industry includes leadership positions at GKN Chem-tronics, Goodrich (formerly Rohr), and Hughes Aircraft.

Larry Resnick joined the Board of Cadence Aerospace as part of Court Square Capital's acquisition of the Company in May 2012 and transitioned to CEO in March 2013. He will continue working with senior management as a Director of the company. Mike Coburn will remain President & COO and will report directly to Ron Case in this capacity.

"We are excited that Ron decided to join Cadence Aerospace at this critical juncture in our development," said Mr. Resnick. "Over the past two years, Cadence rebranded the business, rebuilt the senior leadership team and won significant contract awards with many of our largest customers. Ron brings the right blend of operational experience and strategic vision, and we are confident that, under Ron's leadership, our dedicated employees will provide our customers with exceptional quality and delivery performance at competitive prices. I look forward to working with Ron to continue Cadence's growth as a leader in the aerospace machining and assembly market."

Mr. Case commented, "I am thrilled to have the opportunity to lead the Cadence team. My familiarity with the Cadence businesses and several members of the team positioned Cadence at the top of my list. Our focus will be quality, operational excellence, and continued growth. I look forward to the transition and working with such a respected team."
