MSC Software’s Marc 2015 Delivers New Material Models for Advanced Nonlinear Simulations

NEWPORT BEACH, CA, Nov 20, 2015 --(Business Wire) – MSC Software Corporation today announced the new release of Marc 2015.   Marc is relied upon by product manufacturers for nonlinear and multiphysics simulations of engineered products ranging from automotive parts to rubber components to sophisticated medical and consumer electronic devices.

Due to increased focus on new materials to meet the performance standards in new product designs, development teams need to rely on simulations to gain confidence in new designs. To help address these challenges, Marc 2015 introduces new material models for elastomers, thermoplastics and metal plasticity.
