3D Printing Leader BigRep To Unveil New Products, Including the BigRep PRO, CONNECT, and FLOW, at Formnext Frankfurt/Main 2022

Join BigRep at Formnext Frankfurt/Main in Hall 12.1 - Booth F01, where we will unveil the BigRep PRO, CONNECT, and FLOW, as well as our latest applications.

FORMING THE FUTURE WITH NEW FEATURES AT FORMNEXT

BigRep is happy to be part of Formnext in Frankfurt/Main between 15 and 18 November. Formnext is the most prominent additive manufacturing conference in the world, giving stakeholders, innovators, and companies the opportunity to connect and move the world of 3D printing forward.

The centerpiece of our stand is the latest BigRep PRO, launched in November 2021. Containing almost one cubic meter in total build volume, this fully enclosed industrial printer creates full-scale large parts. With usage cases across every aspect of the manufacturing road map, it gives both engineers and designers the ability to create easier and faster than ever. In addition, thanks to its JUMPSTART feature, anyone can skip some of the typical hassle involved with additive manufacturing and jump straight into printing. These features include the SWITCHPLATE, a removable and flexible print bed surface that ensures first-layer adhesions while being easy to remove after printing; the LOCKSTAGE, allowing for secure extruder mounting; and the MXT® Control System; giving you the ability to bypass manual calibration, thus ensuring optimal first print layers.

OUR SUITE OF SOFTWARE SERVICES

Updated hardware isn't our only innovation. We're also happy to unveil the BigRep CONNECT. Our one-stop digital platform allows you to connect with all your BigRep printers, creating convenience by boosting productivity and providing enhanced analytics. All printer information is available at just the click of a button, giving you a complete overview, perfect for multiple or batch jobs.

The best part? It's completely free.

All of our services provide cutting-edge solutions. If you have little to no experience in 3D printing or using CAD software, then make use of BigRep FLOW, which has been expressly designed to replace existing 3D workflows to save yourself all the stress. Whether it's packaging apps, tools apps, or factory apps, FLOW gives you the opportunity to maximize your potential, creating beautiful products in absolutely no time at all.

ADVANCING ADDITIVE WITH OUR AWESOME APPLICATIONS

If you are interested in what BigRep has already achieved, we have a variety of fascinating applications for you to discover. These include:

MAKING MORE WITH METICULOUS MATERIALS

Unlike many other printers, the USP of BigRep's printers is the flexibility of filaments you can use due to their open-material systems. This year's booth will have a particular focus on carbon fiber- filled materials, allowing you to create particularly impressive products. Materials used for our application display at Formnext include:
