Based on plans in an old handyman's book, the base is 2ft 8in x 1ft 3in, in real world sizes. Modelled to Poser 5 scale so may look a little small. You can always scale the body up a bit. Please re texture the rooms to your own taste. Simple colours or use any tiling texture you like, Each room has its own materials for the walls and floor. Doors are posable and part of the roof lifts up. This is a Free Item and should remain free. You may use this for any legal purpose you like, except selling it.
