Using someone elses character without persission is a violation of the tos and is therefore illegal. It states that the work may not be redistributed. Including any part of the original character evn tho as a starting point is a violation.

I might be wrong but here goes. If you buy a texture and refine it that texture then becomes your property and is able to be distributed. I think if the morph would have been released with only his LARA morphs then there is no problem. A discription of using RM's LARA coulod then have been made, also if infringement of copyrights was braeched surely SHARECG would have pulled it, right? As far as
