CR2Diff can create diff files from two CR2 files and merge it back into the original file.

For example, you can create a diff of a model the same model with your custom morphs applied.

You can then give the diff file to someone else, who can merge back the diff into the original model.

Merging is very easy to use (just double click a CR2Diff file and press apply).

This is beta software and may contain serious errors.
