This is a full-body female character morph for Genesis 3.

To install place it in your content library under data\DAZ 3D\Genesis 3\Female\Morphs and it will show up as Female Morph 1 in your Parameters tab for Genesis.

To adjust the rig for better posing use the Joint Editor tool and right click the model, Edit > Adjust Rigging To Shape..., check the orientation box, and accept to update the Genesis rig to the new shape. « Less
