i must have made the model in a version of Lightwave no longer supported or recognized by newer software expecting a later version of the format. Out of curiosity, i tried importing the .lwo model into Poser 7 - not only did it load perfectly and allow me to retexture it, it also allowed me to EXPORT the mesh from Poser 7 into .3ds format and that imported fine into my old Lightwave modeler, as more …

Nope, won't open I tried to open the lwo and vob and it gave me the same error, no geometry to the files..

Ive used 3DSmax before - it should allow the import of .lwo files - haven't seen a version of autodesk that didn't offer multi-format imports...wish you the best of luck

Might download this but as far as I know I don't have any way to open it, I use autodesk 3ds max and daz studio

Not sure what the prob is - uploaded everything last night, but the actual download file link is not on the item page - i tried uploading again today but it doesn't put the file link on the item page, even though the images and info uploaded and is available to view and click - must be a ShareCG issue and they haven't emailed me so i'm not sure how to correct the situation from my more …
