Jawa ion blasters were built by the Jawas who lived on Tatooine to capture droids.The guns themselves were cobbled together from whatever scrap the Jawas could scavenge.  

The Ion Blaster (also known as a CA-87 Shock Blaster) is a Poser prop for fantsy3d.com's Jawa free figure (link in the Readme file).  The prop is not parented, but there is a helper pose included to move the ion blaster to the Jawa's hand.

The mesh was converted to .obj file, minimally textured, and converted to a prop by me from the original free Blender model by FromaVoid3d. « Less
