Any suggestions on where to hire 3d professionals? Looking for guys good in specialized areas like modeling, rigging and animation.

Seems like the places like cgchannel don't have forums up and cgsociety forums are pretty slow with not much traffic.

Are there no other major 3d website forums where you can easily find up and coming or guys that are on their A-game?
