I hope this is the right place to put this; I couldn't find anywhere else.

 For awhile now, I've been unable to post comments on various pages (content downloads and art, etc.).  I haven't seen a help feature or the like, so I'm posting here hoping someone can help.  When I click on "post a comment," it tells me to login and doesn't allow me to type anything in the small box shown, even if I'm already logged in.  I do so anyway, and it just takes me back to the page as if nothing happened.  Does anyone else have this problem?  Is it a bug in the system, or does that only work in certain browsers?

 This mostly isn't a problem for me, since I rarely have reason to comment, but I'd prefer being able to do so than not.

Yes. We allow only the users who are logged in to comment.  Please do log in again, then try commenting.
