Before about v10, poser had several pre-set body types that a user could apply to any standard character model.   they had names like: Child, Teen, Standard, Fashion Model, Superhero.

Can i do that in Poser Pro 11.3?  Or do i have to use the dials and morphs now?

Are you sure you're not thinking of Daz Studio and the Genesis line of figures? That sounds like them.
