Even though they will be locked and read-only starting March 15, I still recommend perusing the PoserPros forums. There are a lot of tutorials there.
Particularly, take a look in the "Character & Clothing Workshop" and the "Hexagon" forums.
While the Hex forum won't tell you how to do anything in Wings3D, the basic fundamentals are the same.
