PHOENIX, Ariz. – July 9, 2014 – ON Semiconductor Corporation (Nasdaq: ONNN), driving energy efficient innovation, plans to announce its financial results for the second quarter, ending June 27, 2014, after the market closes on Thursday, July 31, 2014.

The company will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on July 31, 2014, following the release of its financial results. Investors and interested parties can access the conference call in the following manner:
