PLM-IRF fixes Host Location for Global Research Meeting in January

Oxford, England. Dec 8, 2014 -- The PLM International Research Foundation (PLM-IRF) announces that the Launch Meeting to discuss the future of PLM research will be held at the Leopold Hotel EU, Rue du Luxembourg 35, Brussels, Belgium on 27-28 January 2015.

Located next to the European Parliament, the Leopold Hotel is close to the main railway stations and within range of all of the city centre hotels.

More than 50 organisations worldwide have been involved in the PLM-IRF Proposal, and this will be an international meeting, open to delegates from any country in the world. It will be the first time that users, vendors, academics and industrialists will have been able to debate the issues and potential for advanced PLM in an open forum.

If successful, the outcome will affect the path of PLM research for the next decade. It is therefore important that participation in the meeting is from as wide a constituency as possible. The aim is to capture the views and expertise of everyone who wants to shape the way that PLM might look in 10 or 20 years' time.

There are full details about the PLM-IRF and the Launch Meeting on the PLMIG web site; and you can request more information via Email Contact.
