Based at Bangalore, India, Electro Plasts Private Limited specialises in manufacturing high precision plastic injection moulds measuring up to 1.3m x 1m and weighing up to five tons.
Apart from the tools, the company also manufactures injection moulded components. They have capacity to produce plastic components up to 1.5Kg shot weight from a wide variety of plastic material, ranging from normal thermoplastics, to plastics with fillers.

She says a number of reports ensure they have a constant snapshot of where everything is on the shopfloor and what stage the job is at. They include Daily Resource Utilization, route cards, and purchase orders.
And with four CNC machining centres, three CNC EDMs, a CNC wire EDM and six conventional machines, the resource loading list is particularly valuable.
While a large number of the company’s 50 employees use the five WorkPLAN modules of Estimator, Job Tracker, Purchase, Time Management and Scheduler, Gagana Bale Mahabhanu personally tracks sales orders, process plans, route cards and time with it. “I schedule the projects and create reports required by senior management.”
