METROGRAMMA and Luxury Living Group with the partnership of Ozak will develop the interior design project of a 17 storey high building that will host 14 types of Apartments and common areas furnished by Fendi Casa.
WEDNESDAY 8 NOVEMBER, 2017 - During the preview, on 8 November, the sales centre will feature the corner furnished by Fendi Casa, fully conceived by Luxury Living Group. In the press presentation, Architect Andrea Boschetti - artistic and scientific director of METROGRAMMA - will introduce the concept and the design focus for this high-level project, which is scheduled to be completed in the next few years.
In addition, the event will host the presentation of the show flat project “furnished by Fendi Casa”, conceived and designed by METROGRAMMA in cooperation with Luxury Living Group, which will be used as a model for the design of the future apartments in the 17 storey high building.
CONTEST
A new costal district facing Marmara see and very close to Ataturk airport. Buyukyalı is located at the intersection of all new transportation systems – road, sea and rail systems - of Istanbul right beside the Historical Peninsula. Under construction on a total area of 111 hectares, Buyukyalı is targeting to offer “a good life” in the purest sense to its residents by focusing on the concepts of “human” and “good life”.
The masterplan has been developed by Chapman & Taylor Architecture Company with the partnership of Ozak GYO, Ziylan Gayrimenkul and Yenigun Insaat, and with the a s s u r a n c e o f Eml a k Ko n u t . Buyukyalı will include several styles and sizes of apartments, along with a hotel and “branded residences”. The project will also include artistic and cultural areas, playgrounds and retail areas. The architectural approach was intended to valorise and restore the historical buildings transforming them into restaurants, cafeterias and exhibitions spaces.
