ARCHIBUS also improved its robust performance metrics and reporting across its integrated solutions, with enhanced intelligence to support processes for maintenance, indirect cost recovery, asset condition assessment, and carbon emission sustainability.
The platform’s strategic data modeling has been updated to support Autodesk 2019 products, keeping ARCHIBUS at the forefront of 2D and 3D BIM. Esri enabled GIS has added functionality for outdoor operations, enabling crafts persons to respond to work-orders assigned to points on satellite maps.
Renewing its commitment to industry-leading standards, ARCHIBUS now supports the latest compliance standards for FASB lease accounting and BOMA rentable area calculations. The integration with BUILDER SMS enhances asset management compliance and performance for US government organizations.

Space managers can now execute individual and group moves from a single view, while operational managers can identify and reschedule overdue work orders within a streamlined flow.
