New Delhi, INDIA – March 26 -- Dassault Systèmes (DS) (Euronext Paris: #13065, DSY.PA), a world leader in 3D and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions, today announced the appointment of Andy Kalambi as the President for Dassault Systèmes India. In his role, Andy Kalambi will represent Dassault Systèmes in India and lead the team to provide world- leading products and services to support local customers in driving sustainable business.
As President of Dassault Systèmes India, Mr. Kalambi is responsible for driving business strategy through the sales, marketing and services organisations within Dassault Systèmes India to ensure comprehensive support to local customers. Meanwhile, in order to build up a robust ecosystem, Mr. Kalambi will be dedicated to growing partnerships with local academics and key systems integrators. He will also oversee the company’s R&D operations in India while leading the Sustainability Initiative in the region to help customers enhance sustainability and drive innovation.

Mr. Kalambi brings 25 years of broad business experience in general management, sales and industry business development, spending the first 11 years in India and the last 14 years in Singapore and Japan. A mechanical engineer by qualification from Delhi University, Mr. Kalambi joined Dassault Systèmes in 2006 and was promoted to General Manager of the ENOVIA business in Asia Pacific in 2007. In the last two years, Mr. Kalambi has also led the company’s Sustainability Initiative within Asia Pacific. Prior to Dassault Systèmes, Mr. Kalambi worked for leading local and multinational companies such as BHEL and SAP in India. During his time in India, he introduced ERP to the local market.
