April 09, 2009 -- Denver, Colorado – QC Data announced today that the company’s parent entity, QC Data International Inc. has moved its corporate headquarters from Alberta, Canada to the State of Delaware, USA. Also, effective immediately, QC Data’s worldwide corporate offices will move to Denver, Colorado, site of the company’s long-standing US headquarters and its largest operational site.
"We are excited to begin the next phase of QC Data’s growth and development and to better position ourselves to service our domestic and international customers. Given QC Data’s significant base of business in the US and the growing number of exciting business development opportunities being generated by the US Stimulus Initiatives, we are excited and proud to set our worldwide corporate footprint in the United States”, stated Michael Pfeiffer, President and CEO of QC Data.
The Calgary, Canada office will remain open and continue as an operational facility supporting the AltaLIS Program. Other QC Data offices and facilities in Atlanta, GA, Charlotte, NC, Jackson, MS, Nottingham, England and Cork, Ireland are not affected by the relocation of the corporate headquarters to Delaware.
