Tridaq LiveChat Introduced to Work Within SolidWorks.

Omaha, NE., July 7, 2009 – Tridaq, Inc., a leading reseller of SolidWorks® in Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Illinois and South Dakota introduces a new productivity tool for their customers, Tridaq LiveChat. This free applet is available for those who currently have SolidWorks subscription service through Tridaq.

Customer support has always been Tridaq’s number one priority. Tridaq has proven them selves time and again to be on the cutting edge, offering innovative services to satisfy their growing customer base. The rollout of this new tool is one of the many examples that illustrate how Tridaq is at the forefront of customer service and the only VAR to offer LiveChat in the Midwest territory. Tridaq LiveChat is installed as a SolidWorks add-in and is managed using the add-in manager. Once installed, LiveChat will appear as a separate tab on the task pane and can be docked, pinned and removed from the SolidWorks interface.

“The most important issue to our customers is technical support,” said Dick Longoria, Tridaq President. “How well we support them directly impacts their productivity. This is why we have developed Tridaq LiveChat. Tridaq LiveChat is a free, unique communication applet for our users that allows them to communicate with our support team from within their SolidWorks session. While our competition is trying to find ways to limit incoming support calls, we’re taking an opposite approach. We're giving our users one more effective tool to contact us directly. Tridaq is focused on providing the highest level of customer support and Tridaq LiveChat is the result of that commitment.”

"I just tried the new Tridaq LiveChat and it worked out great” said Brett Mjelde, Development Manager at Conductix-Wampfler. “The installation was extremely easy and the interface looks very clean. Very impressive!” He then adds “I liked the chat transcript and how it was sent to my email. It gave me a nice recap of our conversation and will help me reference the information for later use.”
