Rochester, NY, October 13, 2009 – Pictometry International Corp. announced today that it has filed a patent infringement suit against Geospan Corporation in the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York in Rochester, New York.
The suit, filed October 13, alleges that Geospan has infringed on a Pictometry patent, U.S. Patent No. 5,247,356 which relates to Pictometry’s digital aerial oblique imagery and its photogrammetric method and apparatus.
