Celebrates Best in Recent Stereoscopic 3D Achievements

LOS ANGELES — (BUSINESS WIRE) — September 8, 2010 — The International 3D Society, established to advance the art and technologies of stereoscopic 3D content and its innovators, today announced the 2010 recipients of its prestigious Lumiere™ Award. Recognizing the most important recent accomplishments within the stereoscopic 3D medium, the Lumiere™ Award will be formally presented during the 3D Technology Awards on Oct. 19 at Mann’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The Lumiere™ Award is the highest honor of its kind, with winners being selected by the membership of the International 3D Society and a blue ribbon panel of stereoscopic 3D experts.
