Carlsbad (CA), January 27, 2004 – Tadpole-Cartesia, Inc. today announces the appointment of industry executive Anthony D. Palizzi as business development manager for its geographic data delivery and management business within North America.

Palizzi is a senior sales and marketing executive with a career rich in delivering growth to businesses engaged in geographic markets. Previous positions held include VP sales and business development for digital mapping services vendor Pixxures, Inc., director of business development for digital mapping information company MapFactory, Inc., director of strategies for EAM vendor Mincom, Inc., and director of strategic programs for digital imagery and information business Space Imaging, Inc..

Palizzi holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology/Land Resource Management (Metropolitan State), and a Masters of Science Management (Regis University).
