MIT Professional Education Unveils Four New Short Programs for U.S. and International Science and Engineering Professionals Seeking the MIT Experience

Enrollment is now open for courses running June 16 – July 21 on topics from Smart Cities to 3D Printing

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. — (BUSINESS WIRE) — March 27, 2014 — MIT Professional Education has added four new courses to their Short Programs offerings for summer 2014. Geared toward professionals from the United States and abroad who seek the MIT experience in a condensed timeframe, the new Short Programs courses offer executives, managers, as well as scientists, engineers, and technical professionals worldwide the opportunity to engage with MIT faculty to gain crucial knowledge and take home applicable skills. MIT Professional Education’s newest courses are: Beyond Smart Cities; Engineering Leadership for Mid-Career Professionals; Understanding and Predicting Technological Innovation: New Data and Theory; and Additive Manufacturing: From 3D Printing to the Factory Floor, and will be held on the MIT campus in Cambridge, Mass.
