Dutch Ruppersberger (D-MD), Ranking Member on the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, will deliver a keynote speech at the U.S. Geospatial Intelligence Foundation’s GEOINT Symposium 2014. The Ranking Member’s speech will address the importance of having a long-term plan in space, advancing STEM Education, encouraging American innovation in part to become less dependent on Russian engines, and developing a thriving private sector in partnership with government to achieve these goals.
