SAN JOSE, Calif., – April, 29, 2014 – Calypto® Design Systems, Inc., a leader in low-power solutions and high-level design and verification, today announced the opening of new Calypto office with technology experts capable of supporting increased demand from Korean customers. Calypto’s new support center of excellence, allows Calypto to better serve its three primary product families (Catapult®, SLEC® and PowerPro®).
As part of Calypto’s expansion, the company has appointed Vikas Tyagi as director of application engineering for the Asia-PAC region. Vikas has extensive experience in both high-level synthesis and RTL power optimization, and is the ideal individual to lead the Calypto Korean operation towards additional deployment in the Korean market. Calypto’s expanded support organization boasts expertise in deployment and training to assist the novice as well as the veteran tool user.
