DCS to Exhibit at ASQ’s World Conference, The Global Impact of Quality 2014

Dimensional Control Systems will be demonstrating how enterprises can reduce manufacturing variation at the American Society of Quality’s World Conference in Dallas Texas

April 29, 2014 -- Troy, MI – Dimensional Control Systems, Inc. (DCS) will be exhibiting at ASQ’s 2014 World Conference on Quality and Improvement called The Global Impact of Quality being held May 4– 7, 2014 at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas, Texas. This conference will bring together quality professionals from around the world to share experiences and strategies on improving manufacturing quality and creating more efficient, leaner processes while also giving attendees the chance to network with 2,500 of the world’s leaders in quality.

ASQ is the world’s largest organization dedicated to promoting quality. As a quality assurance company, DCS has found great value in partnering with ASQ to deliver valuable solutions to customers. With professionals primarily from the manufacturing industry, but also from the service, healthcare, education, government and other industries, the World Conference on Quality and Improvement is perfect for networking in new industries and learning from professionals outside of a company’s primary domain.

DCS has been providing quality improvement and reduction in costs associated with quality to customers for twenty years. With cost reductions upwards of 40%, DCS has a proven track record of saving customers money, but more importantly, saving them valuable time. In manufacturing, where every minute of downtime can mean thousands of dollars, being able to identify and predict assembly and fit and function issues can mean all the difference in the world. DCS’s solutions are geared to do just that, create leaner processes and designs, while tracking, root causing and eliminating build issues and non-conformances. This has led to reductions in rework, scrap, plant downtime and warranty and liability claims.

DCS’s team, Don Jasurda, VP of Sales, and Ben Reese, Marketing Manager, will be demonstrating DCS solutions being used by major companies and OEM’s across the world such as Airbus, GM, Chrysler, Boeing, Samsung, BMW and Phillips Medical. These comprehensive solutions are scalable from small contract manufacturers all the up to multi-plant global enterprises.

“ASQ gives DCS a chance to re-engage with its current customers while reaching out to new markets and clients to learn how the world of quality is changing and growing,” said Ben Reese, Marketing Manager at DCS. “DCS is constantly striving to improve its solutions and software to meet the ever increasing demands of industry, and we have found it incredibly valuable to work with companies like ASQ who understand the industry and market. We are excited to learn from other quality professionals and network with industry leaders to learn how other companies are handling quality issues and initiatives in the current marketplace.”
