Japan – U.S. Innovation Awards Final Symposium Agenda Set

San Francisco, CA – The Innovation in Japan – U.S. Business and Technology Awards program today announced the final agenda for the fourth annual Innovation Symposium, to be held July 25, 2014 at Stanford University’s Arrillaga Alumni Center, beginning at 1:30 p.m. ( http://www.usajinnovate.org).

Key elements of the program include:

will moderate a panel examining “Cross Border Entrepreneurial Growth Opportunities and Challenges.” Distinguished panelists will be Randy Aruja, General Manager, Japan, Bloom Energy Corporation; Graeme Martin, Ph.D., CEO, Takeda Ventures Inc.; and Dai Watanabe,VP of Strategy and Corporate Development, DeNA West.

The Japan – U.S. Innovation Awards program and the Japan – U.S. Innovation Symposium are organized by the Japan Society of Northern California

( http://www.usa.org) and presented in cooperation with the Stanford University US-Asia Technology Management Center ( http://asia.stanford.edu ). 

A distinguished 40-person Innovation Advisory Council composed of venture capitalists, academic experts and business persons in Japan and the U.S. governs the program and conducts a rigorous selection process to select Award winners ( http://www.usjinnovate.org/governance).
