What’s Happening on the Exhibition Floor

With over 175 exhibitors, this year’s conference offers exciting technologies and vendors to attendees. Two featured exhibits include the ARM® Connected Community® Pavilion, where attendees can visit ARM technology- based demos from ARM partners, and the Automotive Pavilion. The Automotive Pavilion is the center for tool providers, OEMs and leading automobile manufacturers to meet, talk, listen and learn from each other.

A new highlight on the exhibit floor this year will be the Design Track Poster Session, to which all I LOVE DAC attendees will have access. The Designer Track Poster Session will kick off with a reception at 4:30pm on Tuesday, June 9th.

Another major highlight on the exhibit floor is the DAC Pavilion. New for 2015, the Pavilion will be hosting seven SKYTalks and three Fireside Chats with Lip-Bu Tan, president and CEO of Cadence; Wally Rhines, chairman and CEO of Mentor Graphics; and Aart de Geus, chairman and co-CEO of Synopsys. The Pavilion offers attendees the opportunity to learn about key areas of design through thought-provoking presentations and interviews.

About DAC

The Design Automation Conference (DAC) is recognized as the premier event for the design of electronic circuits and systems, and for electronic design automation (EDA) and silicon solutions. A diverse worldwide community of more than 1,000 organizations attends each year, represented by system designers and architects, logic and circuit designers, validation engineers, CAD managers, senior managers and executives as well as researchers and academicians from leading universities. Close to 60 technical sessions selected by a committee of electronic design experts offer information on recent developments and trends, management practices and new products, methodologies and technologies. A highlight of DAC is its exhibition and suite area, with approximately 200 of the leading and emerging EDA, silicon, and intellectual property (IP) companies and design services providers. The conference is sponsored by the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM), the Electronic Design Automation Consortium (EDA Consortium), and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), and is supported by ACM's Special Interest Group on Design.
