Powerful BIM Management Software to Help Eliminate Challenges During Design and Construction Processes

HOUSTON, TX, August 20, 2015 –  Assemble Systems, the leading provider of Model-Data Management solutions for the construction industry, announced today that  ISG plc has selected its cloud-based data management platform to help renovate the University of the West England (UWE Bristol). Leveraging Assemble, ISG plc will be able to instantly access and manage BIM data to collaborate in real-time and make faster decisions on the project.

ISG plc is an international construction services company delivering fit out, construction, engineering services and specialist solutions. ISG plc has been chosen to assist UWE in the construction of a new Faculty of Business and Law building as part of the Bristol Business School and Bristol Law School. The new building will showcase two law courts, a trading room, a 300 seat lecture theater, a number of teaching and social learning spaces, and external areas for business engagement.

The UWE project meets Level 2 BIM requirements set by recent United Kingdom (UK) government mandates. This requirement outlines that all design projects must be using collaborative 3D BIM by 2016.
