Speedernet is proud to announce the implementation of the Solidworks glTF format into Sphere at Siggraph 2018

Vancouver,  August 12th - 16th, 2018 -  Pavillon France Booth #725

Aug 2nd, 2018 - With Sphere it has never been easier to create and live VR experiences. Sphere is a user-friendly solution specifically designed for professionals who need to produce interactive 360°/VR experiences. Its visual interface allows businesses to intuitively compose their creations in record time, without a single line of code.

As a Solidworks Research Associate, Sphere natively integrates 3D files (glTF) from Solidworks new XR Exporter. Thanks to Sphere WebVR publishing, professionals can easily visualize their 360°/VR experiences by using a web browser.

Speedernet Sphere targets mostly large companies willing to produce in-house 360°/VR contents and to insource their delivery. With its new features and collaboration with Solidworks, Sphere enables the design and engineering  industries to benefit from the capabilities of Solidworks new XR Exporter in virtual reality for the web.

Design and engineering companies are early adopters as they are using already this technology. Businesses can easily use their CAD data to create rich and interactive VR experiences on the web. This is a major leap in innovation for prototyping and 3D design handling in VR with an Internet browser and a headset.

Speedernet, an innovative digital learning company, will demonstrate how easy and intuitive it is to produce interactive VR and 360° experiences with Sphere. It will spotlight future developments of the software and use cases from engineering customers.

“Come join the Speedernet Sphere team at our booth to live a surprising VR experience!”
