About VSI
VSI is a fabless company that designs high-speed communication semiconductors for vehicles and provides solutions for high-speed transmission of large amounts of data generated in real-time from autonomous driving and electric vehicles (EVs). VSI's semiconductor chips provide high performance cost-effective solutions to the automotive industry through innovative technology. VSI is a semiconductor technology-intensive startup and its major customers are global automotive OEMs and Tier 1 and Tier 2 companies. Please visit the company’s website www.vsitech.co.kr for additional information.

About ASA (Automotive SerDes Alliance) Association
ASA was established in 2019 for the standardization of In-Vehicle Networking, especially in the SerDes market. Members include automotive OEMs and Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers that recognize the growing need for more sensors and high-speed data transmission technology in vehicles, arising from developments in the automobile industry, such as self-driving cars and electric vehicles. Currently, with BMW playing the leading role, vehicle OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, semiconductor manufacturers, cable and parts manufacturers, testing companies and testing tool vendors are participating in the association, with the aim of creating an integrated industry standard by organizing the entire vehicle ecosystem. The latest standard is ASA Motion Link v1.01, and the world's first SerDes chip designed to this standard is the VS775 from VSI. Refer to www.auto-serdes.org for additional information.
