Commonwealth of Massachusetts Selects ICF International to Perform IT Services Statewide

LEXINGTON, Mass.—(BUSINESS WIRE)—July 28, 2008— The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has selected ICF Consulting Services, L.L.C., a subsidiary of ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), as an ITS33 statewide contractor, providing information technology (IT) professional services that include applications/systems design and development; software and systems integration; geographic information systems (GIS) development and support; and IT planning across a wide range of tools and platforms.

As an IT solutions provider, ICF is among a select group of pre-qualified companies from which Commonwealth departments can choose to perform specific IT engagements. The overall objective of the ITS33 contracta blanket purchase agreementis to enhance the performance, quality, timeliness, and efficiency of Commonwealth departments and their programs.
