Society of Manufacturing Engineers Adds 4 New Events to its 2010 Schedule EVENTS

New Events to Focus on Niche Markets and Regions
 
DEARBORN, Mich., March 12, 2010 - The Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME) has added four new events to its 2010 schedule. Designed to address an industry in transition, these events are targeted regionally and by technology, providing significant value to highly qualified audiences and greater exhibitor ROI.
 
“These events will provide focused marketing opportunities for our current customers and enable us to reach out to manufacturers who feature advanced technologies and processes,” says Janine Saperson, SME show manager.  “By targeting industries such as medical, aerospace and defense or specific regions like Eastern Canada, we create a unique value for both exhibitors and attendees.”
 
The new events are:
 
Manufacturing Innovations – Medical US
May 4-6, 2010
McCormick Place
Chicago, Ill.

Description: This event is designed specifically for companies involved in the design and manufacture of Class II and III medical devices and components. Many manufacturers have entered or want to enter this industry as a means to grow their business. These companies need experienced suppliers that can help them meet customer demand and stringent FDA approval requirements.
 
Manufacturing Innovations – Medical US is co-locating with the 2010 BIO International Convention and will focus solely on medical device manufacturing.  The show will help exhibitors increase their business in the industry or establish a new presence in this vital marketplace.
 
Atlantic Manufacturing Technology Show (AMTS)
