Hi folks;

I am prior military and also retired from 25 years in law enforcement. I first cut my teeth on cumputer graphics back in the early 80s when we were working with BASIC and simple computers like the C-64.  I also have 40 + years involved in photography; having worked as a freelance photog, newspaper photographer and also did military and law enforcement photography.

When I retired, I first discovered 3D art and in recent years got into some rudimentary 3D modeling and 3D artwork. I have continued with both of these hobbies as time permits. I currently work with DAZ Studio, Bryce, Hexagon and VistaPro as my primary programs but also work with Vue Easel & Terragen from time to time. My post work is done with Paint Shop Pro 9 and also frequently include photo elements into my artwork. Since I now do some 3D Modeling, I have decided to give back to the others in the 3D community by posting many of my models for others to use.

I am happily married to a wonderful lady named Mel ( Melody ) and as of 2010 we have 15 grandkids. We make our home in Upper MI in Big Snow Country which tends to provide a lot of great scenery which is very useful as stand alone photography and as backdrops for some of my 3D artwork.
