Place the tos-badge-v2.duf and tos-badge-v2.duf.png within your "Wearables" directory.
If you do not have a "Wearables" directory, then it maybe because you have not ever saved
an item of clothing, in which case, just create a directory/folder named "Wearables"
On my mac OS 10.14.6, this directory/folder is located in the following path:
/Users/<username>/Documents/DAZ 3D/Studio/My Library/Presets/Wearables
On my pc Windows 10, this directory/folder is located in the following path:
C:\Users\<username>\Documents\DAZ 3D\Studio\My Library\Presets\Wearables
Place the directory/folder named "07-26-22-tunics" on your desktop so that you can find
the items needed for this to work properly. Do the same with the directory/folder
named "star-trek-badge," just in case the Daz prompts you for the badge "Prop: badge-ext"
"badge-mid" or "badge-int"
Once you have copied the items to their respective locations, launch Daz, add a G8M figure
to the scene, followed by navigating to DAZ Studio Formats> My Library> Presets> Wearables.
While the G8M figure is selected in the scene tab, double click on the Wearables "tos-badge-v2"
and the G8M figure will be wearing the Tunic that I created in Marvelous Designer.
If you want to change the tunic to another command, such as commander science officer
(like the blue one that the character Spock wore), then select the item named "shirt-from-md-v14"
in the scene tab, followed by going into the Surfaces tab, expand "shirt-from-md-v14", select
"tunic_FRONT_2923," click on the Base Color to browse for another shirt, which all the
various shirts can be found in the "07-26-22-tunics" directory/folder that you copied to
your desktop, as described above.
To see what these tunics look like in motion, please view my animations on YT:

Should this work with no issues, then I will upload the TOS female uniforms. It's basically
the same thing as the this collection, except with an added skirt

Considering the designs and logos used it should rather be "non-commercial only"
