They are defaulted to diffuse and glossy colors as the case may be. You can use your own textures. Walls are all UV unwrapped, so your brick textures in DAZ work well, if you just adjust tiles(vert and hor).

Just keep changing the Windowed and doored walls, to get new rooms. You can change size, shape, color and texture of rooms. Use it as you like, but don't resell it either untextured or textured. « Less
