To Toon

This kit includes:
- 3Delight Toon Shaders
- Iray Toon Shader
-------------------------------------

This is a re-upload of my To Toon Shaders.  I just combined the Iray and 3Delight shaders together in one upload.

These shaders give the figure a Flat Toon like look, so this kit may not be for everyone.    This set does not contain any preset sets, that you just click and render.

These Toon Shaders can work with Skin Textures or by themselves for more chances of customizing the final result.

 
Instructions:
Apply the Base Toon Shader then apply whatever diffuse color or outline color you want.

These shaders do not work well with figures that have transparency such as hair, eyes, or leaves for a tree.  Keep that in mind when using this set, it will make the transparency disappear.

For 3Delight Shaders:

If you want the whole scene to come out looking like a cartoon you can change the default setting in the 3Delight Render Engine

1. by going to Preference => Show Hidden Properties
2. Under General Setting down near the bottom where it say Render Style => select Cartoon

For Iray Shaders:

For Iray skin texture apply the Figure Toon Shader then apply whatever diffuse color you want.

By using the Toon Shaders and cartoon render style you can have start creating cartoons.

This set is not a quick clickable that you can render right away.  You may need to experiment a little depending on the skin texture you choose.


This is not a commercial product, so it is far from perfect.

 Any figure that accepts 3Delight or Iray Shaders
